At Vitushi, we ensure timely processing and secure delivery of all orders.
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Vitushi shall not be liable for delays caused due to courier issues, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Vitushi maintains strict quality standards. However, returns or refunds are accepted only in the case of damaged products.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is received in damaged condition.
An unboxing video is mandatory to validate damage claims.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Refund & Return Process
Please fill out the Contact Us form on our website and clearly mention the issue you are facing with the product.
Our team will review your request and reach out to you via email.
In the reply email, kindly share an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged saree.
Once the damage claim is verified and approved, the refund or Return will be initiated.
The refund amount will be credited within 7–10 working days after approval to the original mode of payment.

Vitushi reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request after inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
If an eligible order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days.
Vitushi reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or payment verification failures. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
